When things are going good and as expected, companies broach culture and are compassionate towards their workers. When the bottomline is in trouble on the balance sheet, people become statistics on payroll. I sympathize with so many layoffs going on and who become microbody in an ecosystem.. No one is evil. God does not oversee

Their father is on piligrimage to hrushikesh. His family is kidnapped and decimated by evil person in merced city. No generousness is even on small baby. After investigation, the head cop of the city feels there is special place for the person in hell. It is that God does not oversee and help or punish everyone. It is heartbreaking. It is that people have to take care of themselves and their people.

Two rules that rule in politics

After watching news about arvind, kcr and modi, there are two rules to learn. If you want to go to next level, go against top boss of opposition. Or you will be compared and stay at low level. Arvind and kcr want modi's post. If you want to remove threats from low level, not go against them but go against even lower and remove their supporters. That will weaken their base and take time to regain lost baseline. That is why all these press against Kavita and others. Unfortunately no one is ideal. It is all power game.

Something else matters

Black lives matter was a movement I witnessed two years ago with a series of protests and debates. I learned a valuable lesson from a colleague's post. Some others replied with police lives matter, Hispanic lives matter, women lives matter etc. They do not go well. When someone is asking justice, one has to address it first before bringing all other injustices. The original protesters feel their purpose is diluted or diverted. Coming to Indian example, when telangana people seeked justice, others seeked for uttarandra or rayalaseema. That made original protesters more angrier. Actress sai pallavi has all rights to express her view. She is also right. She did the mistake of normalization or dilution. Politicians or leaders often do that as a method to skip a direct answer. For a reason, I am an engineer and not a politician. When you are asked whether some thing would break a bridge, you would not say something else would also harm. You think about that as part of future plans and not as immediate answers.

Love story movie

Watched only a handful movies this year because of pandemic and personal reasons. Many directors are thoughful in talking a story on some social issue. However only a few are bold in tackling it fully. Rest of them limit themselves to introducde the problem but switch to a different theme halfway. I agree that itself is good attempt but miss the punch and strong message. On caste system, k viswanath did two movies. Protoganists got united only because of some unrelated reason. The groom had to see goddess in hema to cast her away in saptapadi. The story in kalam marindi is better but santhi had to be in disguise to get supported first. Similarly sekar kammula started his love story on caste differences. but had to a resort on another inhuman behavior from another character to unite the lovers and their families. Overall, he should have developed more inspirational characters like raghavendra rao did in trisulam or krish had done in kanche.
